Given the digital nature of our downloads, we extend refunds on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
We’re delighted to provide a refund or store credit if your product is defective, not as described, or if you accidentally purchased the same item twice.
We’ll honor your refund if:
- Your bank/PayPal account was fraudulently charged.
- The issued serial numbers haven’t been used to authorize the software.
- You haven’t downloaded the product yet.
- You accidentally bought the same product twice.
- You were not happy with the purchase
- Within 30 days of shipping

Note: Products bought with store credit aren’t eligible for refunds. Store credit will only be issued if a product is faulty and can’t be reasonably repaired.
